Yes — the Photo Maker runs inside ChatGPT. When you open it for the first time you'll be asked to log in or register.
The free ChatGPT version is all you need. It takes about two minutes to register and you only ever do it once. After that the tool opens straight away every time.
HOW TO USE IT
Once you're set up, the workflow is simple:
Before the groom — take one photo of the dog. Full body if possible, natural light, on the grooming table.
After the groom — take one photo of the dog in the same position.
Open the Photo Maker, upload both photos when prompted, and let it generate the combined image.
If something small needs fixing — an arm in the background, a distracting object — you can ask for a minor edit in the chat. Keep requests simple.
When you're happy with the image, save it to your phone and send it to the owner. That's it. Your part is done.
A NOTE ON QUALITY
The better the photos, the better the result. You don't need a professional camera — the phone in your pocket is fine. What matters is:
- Good light — natural light or bright salon lighting
- Same position — before and after from the same angle tells the clearest story
- Full body — shows the full transformation, not just the face
The dog doesn't need to be perfectly posed. Real is better than staged. These photos are going to clients who already know and love their dog — they want to see the real thing.
